Induction hardening

Induction hardening is based on a quick heating at medium or high frequency of an inductor. At alternative current, alternative magnetic field is inducted on the surface of the hardened product. The result is swirling current which heat the surface of the objest to hardening temperature to be hardened by a quick cooling. For hardening, the company uses a generator of 100 kW performance and a frequency of 5-50 kHz.
